Hello & welcome! I’m Danny Williams...
A no nonsense Personal Trainer, Strength, Fitness & Nutrition Coach with over 32 years and more than 40,000 hours coaching experience in getting people stronger & fitter.
I am also the proud creator of Strength For Life - the last evidence-based training & nutrition program you will ever need.
I offer Personal Training in and around Milton Keynes at my own PT studio or in various gyms and other locations in and around MK. I also attend clients' homes.
With clients all over the UK and around the world, I also offer online & remote coaching and am able to program for and coach clients anywhere.
I'm passionate about two things:
1. Improving lives by helping people achieve their goals with bespoke, evidence-based strength, fitness & nutrition coaching designed to help them look, feel & perform at their very best.
2. Helping parents #LevelUp, set the right example and teach their children how to use strength training & nutrition to get stronger & fitter whilst preparing for life's challenges.

My signature Strength For Life Program is a 6-Week or 12-Week strength training protocol, tailored to your specific personal goals and experience, that will take your training to the next level.
The Strength For Life Program is centred on the foundational principles of my book TENets Of Health & Fitness (see below) and has four levels - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced & Elite - determined by your training experience, present ability and fitness levels.
Strength For Life has been developed over more than three decades research and working with people of every fitness level, from recreational gym bro and gym bunny to elite sports stars and Olympic athletes in every type of event and competition, as well as collaborating with and learning from some of the world's leading coaches, sports scientists and medical experts.
By the end of your program you will have all the tools you will ever need to train optimally for getting stronger and building muscle, safely & effectively.
Strength For Life is suitable for everyone wanting to look, feel, perform & live better for longer.
Whilst I'm experienced in working with all ages & abilities, the majority of my clientele nowadays are sporty parents (and grandparents!) that want to get back to their strongest, fittest & healthiest best while setting a great example for their children.
I am a strong advocate of getting kids training as early as possible, irrespective of any sporting or athletic aspirations, and teaching them the benefits of good diet & exercise habits at a young age. My clients kids are always welcome and often join them!
Remember: Our kids are our reason to do it, never an excuse not to!

As an International Speaker I travel and speak at a lot of Leisure Industry and IHRSA events so I've had some of the best Personal Trainers around the world but the one that stands out that I always come back to is Danny Williams. He's the best of the best, he really knows his stuff and if you're serious about your training I recommend him very highly.
I first trained with Danny way back in 2010. What really impressed me at first was he saw me on a rowing machine and without being told anything recognised that I had a certain back condition. He made some changes to my technique that enabled me to train pain free for the first time in years. I'm now looking forward to working towards an Olympic campaign in 2024 with him. He's not for the faint-hearted but if you want to take your training to the next level then I recommend Danny highly .

Quite frankly, it seems ridiculous. I'd been training with Danny for a couple of months or so after a long spell of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome had left me mostly exhausted in bed for two years. Danny is very passionate about the importance of having what he calls 'goals beyond your goals'. During one of our sessions I mentioned I'd read an article about expeditions to the South Pole and Danny said "That's a great goal to have beyond our current one!", which I think at the time was walking a mile or two without a rest - hilarious! At first I thought he was joking but I still recall the look on his face... Well, to cut a long story short, almost two years later and there I was stood at the South Pole - the first person over the age of 50 to do so in an unassisted expedition. Quite ridiculous.
“Great Trainer, knowledgeable and hard work but makes it enjoyable. He can also pour a superb Martini, not stirred! No hesitation recommending Danny to anyone that wants to take their training seriously.”
I'd been written off with a back injury and told I wouldn't play again but after being introduced to Danny I actually improved my World Ranking. When I moved into coaching I had Danny work with several of my players, always with great results. I've worked with some of the best trainers, physios and sports meds in the world and he's up there.
After everything I'd been through I needed to get my health and fitness back on track. Danny knows how to find that last bit you never thought was in there. I wouldn't have got through that [London Marathon] without him.
A friend recommended Danny to me as a Trainer that was good with backs and he made a world of difference with mine which meant I could lift weights and do some boxing training with him. Refused 'key-man' insurance due to weight & health risk, literally became less than half the man he was.
Unfortunately I can't comment publicly but I'm over the moon and think 28-odd stone to just under 14 probably says it all so I'll be sure to tell everyone who asks, which is literally everyone I speak to.
Training with Danny definitely helped when we went back out on tour and also made a big difference to my tennis. He's a great motivator, very knowledgeable.
